A blonde and a brunette walk into a cafeteria...
No, really! During a coffee chat at our office cafeteria we found ourselves both applying to business school and became fast friends. Just as we supported each other, through femBA we hope to support more young women like us.
Celine Tarrant, The Brunette
Celine is a lover of all things retail, fashion and eCommerce. After three years at Walmart Canada including stints in merchandising and analytics, she is excited to dip her toes into the startup world as a pre-MBA intern at BRIKA. She is also extremely passionate about health, wellness and advancing women in the workplace. She is the founder of Smart Girls Sweat, a Toronto-based sweatworking" (networking + working out) event series for young professional women).
Celine will be headed to Columbia Business School in the fall where she has received the distinction of being a Columbia Fellow.
Emilie Fournier, The Blonde
Emilie is passionate, energetic, and always on the pursuit of new adventures. Hailing from Montreal, she packed her tiny red car and drove to Toronto to begin her career at Walmart Canada. After a whirlwind five years with roles in merchandising and corporate strategy, she is spending her summer jet-setting and working on personal projects. A devoted vegetarian, Emilie will pivot her focus to achieving social and environmental change through a sustainable, plant-based movement.
Emilie will join the Harvard Business School Class of 2019 in August where she will be a John H. McArthur Fellow.
